If you're thinking about taking up paddle boarding, or if you're just looking for some new places to paddle board in San Diego, then read on!
1. La Jolla Cove - La Jolla Cove is one of the most popular spots for paddle boarding in San Diego. With its clear waters and abundance of sea life, it's no wonder that so many people love paddling here. If you're lucky, you might even spot a dolphin or Leopard shark!
2. Coronado Beach - Coronado Beach is another great place to paddle board in San Diego. With its wide open spaces and gentle waves, it's perfect for beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Plus, the views of the Island are simply breathtaking.
3. Mission Bay - Mission Bay our favorite as it’s our home where me and my wife started our family! Mission Beach is a great place to paddle board if you're looking for something a little more challenging than La Jolla Cove or Coronado Beach. With its strong currents and waves, it's perfect for those who want to test their skills. Just be sure to stay close to shore! There is plenty of parking and the roller coaster is a must to visit.
Conclusion:
These are only three places out of over 20. San Diego is an amazing place to paddle board so let me know if you want me to write about more fun spots to paddle board. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced paddler, there's a spot for you in San Diego. So what are you waiting for? Get out there and start exploring!
